How long have you been in business?

Brian Crewe started this business over 30 years ago and his daughter, Andrea Jarosh, started to train and stage with her father over 5 years ago and now the father daughter team are serving you with a combined experience of just about 35 years.

What do you look at during an inspection?

There are 6 major categories that are addressed during the inspection and they include foundation, structure, roof, electricity, plumbing and heating.

How much does an inspection cost?

The cost varies depending on the type of building, size and report.  Inspections start at 400$.

What does the fee include?

The fee includes the inspection, which takes anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on the building, a copy of all pictures taken and a detailed report.

Can I follow along?

Yes, it is highly recommended even necessary that you be there at the inspection.  It is suggested that you follow the inspector and ask as many questions as you like.  There will be a lot of information given to you in a short amount of time so if you like to take notes it is also recommended.

Can I bring my family?

It is not advised to have extended family at the inspection, this can prolong the inspection time.  It is advised that anyone directly involved in the sale be present.

Will you tell us to buy or not buy the property?

No, only you can make that decision.  We are there to give you the most information we can so you can make an informed decision that suits you.

Do you give a warranty on the property?

No, we visually inspect the property to give you the information for you to make the right decision for you.

What are your qualifications?

Brian Crewe has quite the extensive resumé and is available in the documents section for viewing.  He has been in the business for well over 30 years and is passing his knowledge off to his daughter Andrea Jarosh who continue the business.  Brian Creww and Andrea Jarosh are both members of ANIEB, fully certified and fully insured.

How many days notice do you need for an inspection?

You first need to verify with your realtor the time delay for an inspection and then contact Bransen Ent as soon as possible so as we can insure you have the time to go over the information before you need to make your decision.
